High quality meat delivered on time

We were very happy with the quality of the meat, the responsiveness in answering our emails before booking, the uncomplicated booking process and the perfect packaging and delivery times that ensured the meat arrived as fresh as can be in Italy. We were able to keep it in the fridge for a few days before then preparing it as described in one of the recipes on the Swedish Wild website.

A real feast for the senses

One of my favourites. Serve it with good red wine and a simple side dish. The meat has a unique flavour that will definitely give you a taste for more.

The perfect Christmas treat

I come from a family of hunters, so I know good game meat when I see it :-). Let your steaks marinate in olive oil, mixed pepper, thyme and rosemary. Cook mushroooms and chopped garlic to golden. Braise the steaks in butter 2 min on each side and then put them in the oven for 8-10 min, depending on their size. Add the mushrooms, mashed potatoes and anything else you like. Don't forget good, stong red wine to accompany the meal! God Jul!

The meat is so tadty and tender that you don't need any sophisticated cooking. Just braise it in a pan with some thyme, rosemary and pepper mix and then add whatever you want as a side dish. Don't forget a glass of good wine :-)

Excellent tasting steak, also leftovers heated in a pan! Definitely would recommend.

Really excellent steak, I just need to practice cooking - I dried it out a bit in the oven but it was still delicious.

I really liked the dried reindeer steak. I am used to having it growing up in Northern Finland. Now living abroad where I can't buy it from the store or make it myself.

Fantastic quality meat, the kids in particular loved it. On a different level to the best beef steak you can buy here in Germany. Quick delivery too - the steaks were still frozen when they arrived.
