Our sautéed moose is much finer than the"sautéed moose" you unfortunately often find in the grocery store. The sautéed moose is made in the "real" way, i.e. we have taken a steak that is still slightly frozen and then sliced it into thin slices. This results in large and fine, thinly sliced pieces.
