Refund policy
If your meat is for some unexpected reason is damaged and/or the vacuum packaging around it have broken during transport then please contact us immediately at johan@swedishwild.com.
We offer a full refund if the meat is damaged due transport delays caused by the carrier and/or if the meat is damaged due to packaging not holding the vacuum seal during transport. You can in those instances choose between either a full refund or a new shipment.
Please note, any claim need to come to our attention within 30 days. Also, transportation costs are usually very high and we do reserve the right to decide to give a full refund, instead of resending the meat, for specific items if the value is small.
If you for some reason received the wrong item, the same policy as for damaged items applies.
Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
