Refund policy

 

If your meat is for some unexpected reason is damaged and/or the vacuum packaging around it have broken during transport then please contact us immediately at johan@swedishwild.se.

We offer a full refund if the meat is damaged due transport delays caused by the carrier and/or if the meat is damaged due to packaging not holding the vacuum seal during transport. 

Please note, any claim need to come to our attention within 30 days. Also, transportation costs are usually very high and we do reserve the right to decide to give a full refund, instead of resending the meat, for specific items if the value is small.

If you for some reason received the wrong item, the same policy as for damaged items applies. 

Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In general, if you have any issues, just contact us and we will solve the problem. Your happiness is crucial to us :)

 

Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Accordingly, all products sold by Swedish Wild are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Our products consist of chilled or frozen food products that require an uninterrupted cold chain to ensure product quality and food safety. Once the products have been delivered, Swedish Wild cannot verify how they have been stored or handled. As a result, the products cannot be returned or resold.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are defective, damaged during transport, or otherwise do not conform to your order.
