Reindeer chafings is a true Sami classic. These chafings is made if extra fine pieces of mest and we dare to claim that this is among the finest chafings you can get hold of.

The chafings is much finer than the "chafings" you unfortunately often find in the grocery store. Our chafings is made in the "real" way, i.e. we have taken a steak that is still slightly frozen and then sliced it into thin slices. This results in large and fine pieces that look exactly like the product picture.
