Wild game spice with mushrooms is perfect for a tasty game sauce that is very easy to prepare.
Simply stir 2 tsp of spice into 2-3 dl of cream, bring to the boil and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Finally, add 1-2 tsp of cornflour and the same amount of water if you want to thicken the sauce.
The game spice also goes very well with game stew.
Ingredients: Mushrooms (butter mushroom, mushroom, chervil), tarragon, rosé pepper, onion, cayenne, paprika, garlic.
Each jar contains 80 ml of spice and mushrooms.
