This recipe was developed by one of our members, Joakim Marcko, in the Facebook group Viltköttsälskare. It's great to have with a finer piece of game such as reindeer or deer fillet.
Ingredients (1-2 servings)
- 50 grams of room-temperature butter
- 5 finely ground juniper berries
- 1 pressed clove of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper.
