"Flavourful and smoky - the way we think a BBQ sauce should be". This is how Kocken and Grisen describe their very good BBQ sauce. And we completely agree. This BBQ sauce goes very well with game meat, especially from the grill. For example, if you are looking for a good flavour combination for your bear burgers, we can highly recommend this one.

The sauce is produced by Kocken och Grisen from Roslagen and is sold in a very limited edition.

Kocken och Grisen (formerly Totties Mat) is run by Daniel Tottie and Marcus Backman, who have extensive experience as chefs at some of Stockholm's finest restaurants. For a few years now, they have been running Kocken och Grisen full-time, specialising in food experiences and small-scale food crafts from Roslagen. Always with fresh ingredients of the highest quality. Their sauces, spices and game sausages are all fantastic and we are very proud to provide them in our webshop.
