Ekbergs wild boar bratwurst is a wild boar bratwurst developed by hunting profile Thomas Ekberg. The bratwurst is made from 75% wild boar meat and is excellent on the grill or in the frying pan.

The sausage is very flavourful and juicy and of course consists exclusively of Swedish meat from wild boar. The high meat content together with the rich flavour and wonderful texture make this venison bratwurst a superb alternative to regular sausages. Either as a luxurious lunch, as a main course or as part of a mixed grill plate.

Ingredients: Wild boar meat (75%), water, fat from pig, potato flour, salt, potato fiber, sugar, garlic, spice extract, smoke flavor, antioxidant E301.

Origin: Sweden

      Juicy and spicy!

      Very good sausage! The only thing I can remark on is that the spiciness takes over the game flavour a bit, but it is and should be a spicy sausage. Very tasty!
