Roe deer roast from the top round is the finest type of roast from the roe deer. For example, it is perfect as a delicate tartar as an appetiser or delicious snack.

A deer top round weighs 300-600 g. The larger packages, approx. 650 g and above, contain 2-3 top rounds.
