About the product

Béarnaise sauce is a classic French sauce with roots in 19th-century France, created as an elegant variation of hollandaise with flavors of tarragon and shallots. The creamy sauce, made with real Swedish butter and egg yolks from free-range hens, has a subtle acidity from vinegar and fresh herbs, creating a wonderful aroma that enhances meat, fish, and poultry. It pairs especially well with steak, entrecôte, lamb, game, or grilled fish. Drizzle it over the dish just before serving for the best flavor experience, or serve it on the side as a dip. Complement it with fries, roasted root vegetables, potato gratin, or grilled asparagus for a delicious meal. Ready to serve.

170 ml sauce per jar.

The sauce is shipped chilled and should be stored in the refrigerator.

High quality game meat

Our concept is to offer the best game meat available, directly to you, the end customer. We make sure you can buy the cuts that are otherwise only sold to wholesalers and fine restaurants.

100% natural

We would argue that there is no meat in the world that is as gentle on animals, requires so little of the earth's resources to produce, and has such a low carbon footprint as Swedish game meat.

A healthy alternative

Game meat is naturally lean and nutritious because the animals live a free range life and graze naturally. This makes for a cleaner and healthier meat choice.
