Our wild boar ramsons griller is a wild boar sausage developed primarily as a delicious game sausage to put on the grill. But it is of course also excellent for frying. The sausage is made from 88% wild boar meat and has a nice, mild taste.

The high meat content together with the game flavor, ramsons and the wonderful texture make this wild boar sausage a superb choice. Either for an outing as a luxurious lunch, as a main course or as part of a mixed grill plate.

The meat is shipped vacuum packed and frozen.

Ingredients: Wild boar meat (88%), water, fat from pig, pork from pig, nitrite salt (preservative E250), spices, pepper, natural pig casing.

By far the most expensive Prince sausage I've ever bought - without getting the same flavour for the money. Not a bad sausage by any means, but not THAT different from regular sausage and not much game flavour.
