Mustard with horseradish, made by Sjaustrukocken on Gotland, is a coarse mustard that goes perfectly with many of our products.

It is not only ideal for glazing Christmas or holiday ham and as an accompaniment on the festive table. The touch of horseradish also makes it perfect as a bold flavor enhancer for smoked game meat, charcuterie, or smoked fish. Enjoy it straight from the jar or use it as a base for a classic hot or cold mustard sauce.

Sjaustrukocken is a family-owned company whose members share a passion for food, quality ingredients, culinary joy, knowledge, and the culinary heritage of Gotland. Production takes place at Stafva Gård in Barlingbo, but the heart and soul of Sjaustrukocken will always be rooted in Sjaustru, where the company first began its journey.

    Ingredients: Water, mustard powder, yellow and brown mustard seeds, sugar, vinegar 10%, syrup (from Swedish sugar beets, salt), horseradish (horseradish, water, emulsifier (E401), rapeseed oil, salt, acidity regulator (E330), preservative (E223). Contains SO₂), salt, black pepper.
