The barbecue spice by Kocken & Grisen has a unique flavour and contains no sugar, only a flavour-enhancing basic salt. The barbecue spice is based on fermented dried chilli. The production process uses skins and seeds, which are then strained during production.
This barbecue spice goes with almost everything and we highly recommend it as a rub for a delicious piece of meat.
There are 70 grams of spice in each jar.

We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:
- Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
- 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
- 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres
This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.
