About the product

Green peppercorn sauce is the perfect accompaniment to give meat, poultry, and fish extra character and flavor. This creamy, aromatic sauce combines green peppercorns with butter, authentic Swedish cream, and spices, creating a rich taste with a fresh, herbal peppery kick. It pairs especially well with beef, steak, entrecôte, lamb, or game, but is also excellent with vegetarian dishes and grilled vegetables. Pour it over the warm dish and let the flavors blend. For a complete meal, serve with a good cut of meat, roasted potatoes, roasted root vegetables, potato gratin, or a fresh green salad. Ready to serve.
