Hjortchorizon has a lot of flavour and a fine texture, an exciting and more luxurious barbecue sausage compared to traditional pork sausages. Deer chorizo is popular with most people; grill it under the open sky on an excursion or for a barbecue dinner with fine accessories, such as oven-roasted vegetables and yoghurt sauce. You can also use it in a hearty stew.
