About the product

This lingonberry jam with cognac is a real delicacy from Jokkmokk. In fact, we can claim that it is the best lingonberry jam we have ever tasted.

Compared to our fine lingonberry jam with high berry content, the lingonberry jam with cognac has a texture that is slightly more reminiscent of raw lingonberries rather than jam. However, it is the cognac that creates the distinctive extra flavour in the jam, which we spontaneously described as "perfect" at the first taste test.

The berry content is, as always, very high with 67 g of lingonberries per 100 g of jam.
