Reindeer sausage with fennel is a new and very tasty variant of our incredibly popular fresh reindeer sausages. The taste of reindeer meat mixed with fennel gives a fantastic flavour combination. The flavour is very rich and hearty and is unlike any other sausage experience. It is best cooked in a pan as a bratwurst or on the grill. The quality and flavour of the reindeer sausage is so fine and unique that you can definitely serve it at a dinner party. It will be a culinary experience for the sausage lover - but also for those who only appreciate tasty and genuine food.

The sausage is delivered frozen and frozen completely fresh immediately after preparation. Therefore, it should be cooked to an internal temperature of 72 degrees.

Ingredients: Reindeer meat (78%), pork back fat, salt, pepper, fennel (2%), spice mix (nutmeg, paprika, pepper), starter culture.

4 sausages/package.

        First time we tried reindeer sausage, and it was very good. Will never be able to eat a "regular" sausage from scan. I am satisfied with the delivery except that Postnord delivered the package to the wrong household first.
