The smoked fallow deer shoulder is hot-smoked with alder shavings andsalted in lake before it is smoked.

Smoked fallow deer shoulder is very tasty in thin slices as a flavourful snack together with, for example, a good cold beer or an aperitif. It also fits very well as part of the Christmas table, Easter table, midsummer or for the crayfish disc.

OBS: Since this is a whole shoulder, it has the bone left. The bone represents about 30% of the total weight.
