This is a very good sauce that is simple and relatively quick to make. Serve preferably with tender reindeer meat.

Ingredients

3 dl fresh or thawed frozen blueberries

1 dl sugar
-
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 dl red wine
-
2 tbsp concentrated game stock

30 g butter
Instructions
Lightly crush the blueberries in a sauce pan.
Add all other ingredients except the butter.
Simmer while stirring over medium heat. Reduce until two thirds (about 4 dl) remain.
Mix in the butter.
Serve immediately or keep warm on low heat and stir occasionally.
