The inner fillet is the finest part of the moose, a really delicate detail. The whole piece weighs 1-2kg and is an impressive sight on any dinner table and this is truly a culinary experience. The moose comes of course from our Swedish forests.
We only sell whole pieces, i.e. if you buy a 2kg inner fillet from us, we guarantee that it comes as a whole piece and not divided into several smaller pieces.
Serve with a good game sauce, young roasted root vegetables and butter-fried chanterelles.
Drink a fuller-bodied wine with the fillet to maximise the flavour experience.

We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:
- Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
- 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
- 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres
This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.

Very tender it was! but was a little disappointed when I opened the package and saw that it was cut so it could not be cooked in the oven. So it had to be the frying pan, but it was good.
Ordered as a Christmas present by my mother in Sweden, we got a whole moose fillet sent to France. Very fast delivery, perfect packaging with effective cooling clamps and sheep wool. The meat was still rock hard when it arrived. Cooked according to all the rules of the art, it was much appreciated by everyone and probably the tenderest meat we have ever eaten. It was a good Christmas! Thanks for the perfect service and fantastic quality!

Delivery was right on time and website East to order from.
I ate only small cut pieces so far. Unfortunately I found them a bit "tough"
I will eat the larger piece this month. It looked good. We will see.
