Reindeer marrow bones are perfect as a base for homemade game stock or oven-roasted for a simple, healthy and exciting starter.

If you want to make your own game stock, we recommend the recipes from the cookery book Kocken och jägaren (page 78) or Såser (page 153).

The cookery book Smak på Sápmi has a quick, easy and tasty recipe for oven-roasted marrow bones with flake salt (page 67). It also describes well how best to split them before cooking.

The marrow bones are sent frozen.

        • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
        • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
        • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres
