Reindeer shaffing (skav) is a true nordic classic. This gourmet shaffing has extra fine pieces and we dare to claim that this is among the finest shaffings you can get hold of.

The gourmet shaffing is much finer than the "shaffing" you unfortunately often find in the grocery store. Our shaffing is made in the "real" way, i.e. we have taken a steak that is still slightly frozen and then sliced it into thin slices. This results in large and fine pieces that look exactly like the product image.

Please take a look at our renskav av högrev, which we ourselves like to call "the king of reindeer meat". It has just as fine pieces as our regular gourmet caviar and also comes from chuck, which is a slightly finer detail than the steak from which the gourmet shuffing is made. We would probably say that our new version of this nordic classic is the finest reindeer shuffing you can buy.

    Delivery 0-3 working days - Free shipping over 1200 kr

    We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:

    • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
    • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
    • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

    This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.

    Delayed delivery!

    The delivery as about 1 day late! The meat was still frozen on arrival, in other words, perfectly packed! The delay was probably due to the bad weather! On the other hand, Post Nord did not give honest notice!
    The parcel was addressed to our summer house even though I wrote our regular address to you! It was solved, but had to go there and pick up the package!
    The meat is fantastic! Will be happy to return despite some trouble!
