Sámi Food - Tradition, Innovation and Future

Taste of Sápmi came as a tip from one of our customers and has turned out to be the best collection of reindeer recipes we have been able to find. If you want to be able to cook reindeer in the absolute best way and do it in a truly traditional Sami way, then this is a book you can't do without. Traditionally prepared reindeer meat is undoubtedly among the most delicious meat you can eat.

In addition to recipes for reindeer, it also contains lots of great recipes for moose, fish and poultry.

Sami recipes have traditionally been largely oral. This book brings them together in a way that no one has done before in Sweden. Taste of Sápmi is created by Slow Food Sápmi in collaboration with Sámi food projects and producers from Swedish Sápmi. Sápmi means "land of the Sami".

    Delivery 0-3 working days - Free shipping over 1200 kr

    We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:

    • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
    • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
    • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

    This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.
