The inner fillet is the finest part of the reindeer and the veal fillet is our personal favourite among all our game meat. It is even a little more tender than the already very tender "normal" iinner fillet and we consider this to be the finest meat you can eat.

The veal fillet is incredibly tender, it completely melts in the mouth in a lovely way. It also has a wonderful gamey flavour, is very healthy and we are extremely proud to be able to offer this meat to you as a customer. Reindeer and reindeer husbandry are also a very important part of the Sami cultural heritage, something that we at Swedish Wild also cherish.

If you offer veal fillet from reindeer, your guests are guaranteed to be both impressed and very satisfied, it is a rather unusual and unique culinary experience as the supply of this fine game meat is relatively limited.

The fillets are relatively small compared to moose, for example, and most packages contain 2-3 fillets.

Please drink a full-bodied wine with the reindeerfillet to maximise the flavour experience.

    We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:

    • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
    • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
    • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

    This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.

    Mild meat

    We fried in seconds in a hot pan and ate fresh potatoes and chanterelle sauce. The meat was nice and mild with hardly any chewing resistance.

    Nice meat, of course, but next time I will try something worse with more flavour.
