Ekbergs viltgrillare is a deer bratwurst developed by hunting profile Thomas Ekberg. The bratwurst is made from 80% deer meat and is excellent on the grill or in the frying pan.

The sausage is very flavourful and juicy and of course consists exclusively of Swedish meat from fallow deer. The high meat content together with the rich flavour and wonderful texture make this venison bratwurst a superb alternative to regular sausages. Either as a luxurious lunch, as a main course or as part of a mixed grill plate.

Contents: Deer meat (80%), water, pork fat, potato flour, salt, potato fibre, sugar, white pepper, garlic, black pepper, cayenne, paprika, spice extract, smoke flavouring (recreated smoke), antioxidant (E301), preservative (E250).

The deer bratwurst is sent frozen.

Each package contains 3 sausages.

                • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
                • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
                • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

                Juicy and spicy!

                Very good sausage! The only thing I can remark on is that the spiciness takes over the game flavour a bit, but it is and should be a spicy sausage. Very tasty!
