Prince sausage with wild boar meat is not only tastier than "regular" prince sausage but also a climate-smart choice. To preserve its juiciness, it is made mostly (60%) from pork and the wild boar meat helps to give it a tastier and "wilder" flavour.

The prince sausage is sent vacuum-packed. Each package weighs 500 g.

Contents: Wild boar meat (35%), pork meat (35%), pork fat, water, potato flour, salt, dextrose, spices (nutmeg, onion, ginger, thyme, black pepper, cayenne, chilli powder, smoke flavouring), antioxidants (E300, E301, E331), preservative (E250), sheep sausage skin. Swedish meat raw material.

Nutritional value per 100 grams: Protein 11g, fat 22g, carbohydrates 4g, energy value 240 kcal (1000 kJ).

      By far the most expensive Prince sausage I've ever bought - without getting the same flavour for the money. Not a bad sausage by any means, but not THAT different from regular sausage and not much game flavour.
