The tied roast is an affordable and slightly simpler venison roast that is very suitable for everyday use. The roast comes from the thigh of the deer and is wrapped in netting. If you are new to buying venison, this can be a good start.

The roast is not as nice as our venison loin, but it is guaranteed to be a very good everyday roast. Try our recipe for for game meat in the oven or the slightly more advanced recipe "Boneless whole roast deer steak" (page 127) from the cookbook Kocken och jägaren.

The meat is sent vacuum-packed and frozen.

            We have the following delivery times depending on where you live:

            • Same working day: Greater Stockholm, Enköping, Norrtälje, Nynäshamn, Södertälje and Uppsala
            • 1 working day: The majority of our mailings that do not have same working day delivery
            • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

            This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.
