Our hot-smoked moose roast is a wonderful moose delicacy. It is smoked with birch wood, dry salted and has no additives. The moose meat has a fantastically fine texture and a wonderfully wild taste. Slice the roast into thin slices and enjoy as a luxurious and very tasty side dish, a snack for the aperitif, or slice it into thicker slices and use it for a larger meal with, for example, oven-roasted potatoes and vegetables. Fantastically good!

      • 2-3 working days: Other addresses in Sweden. Usually those that are not close to urban centres

      This applies to orders placed on weekdays before 11.00 am. Some delay may occur, but 97% of our deliveries arrive on time without problems.
