The wild boar meat gives both a better taste and is much healthier compared to regular burgers from beef or pork. The meat is also extremely tender and easy to work with, which makes it perfect for burgers. With buttered chanterelles, truffle mayonnaise and pickled red onion, for example, you have an unbeatable luxury burger. Wild boar burgers are also much more exciting to serve as they are not as common as traditional burgers.
