Dried reindeer meat is very good to cut into thin slices and enjoy with a cold beer or other good drink. Serve it as a pre-drink or why not out in the forest around the campfire.
We have two varieties: Lightly smoked and unsmoked. The difference is just as the name indicates, either lightly smoked before drying or unsmoked before drying. Both are amazingly tasty, the difference between them is mostly that the unsmoked has a stronger flavour of reindeer meat.
