Deer chorizo is a deer sausage for the grill. Of course, it consists exclusively of Swedish venison (fallow deer) and Swedish pork. Hjortchorizon has a lot of flavour and a fine texture, an exciting and more luxurious barbecue sausage compared to traditional pork sausages. Deer chorizo is popular with most people; grill it under the open sky on an excursion or for a barbecue dinner with fine accessories, such as oven-roasted vegetables and yoghurt sauce. You can also use it in a hearty stew.

Ingredients: Fallow deer meat (30%), pork (40%), fat from pig, water, potato flour, salt, spices, dextrose, antioxidants E300, E301, E331, preservative E250. Pig sausage skin.

Origin: Sweden
