About the product

Whitefish is a member of the salmon family and an excellent choice for cooking. It can be fried, boiled, cured, or smoked just like other salmon species but is less fatty.

Our whitefish is caught in Akkajaure, part of the Lule River. As it is wild-caught and not farmed, it is healthier and significantly more sustainable from an environmental perspective.

The whitefish is packaged in sets of 2–4 fish. The sizes of the fish may vary considerably. We welcome your feedback on the sizes.

Here are a couple of recipes we recommend (in Swedish):

Contents: Swedish whitefish

The fish is delivered vacuum-packed and frozen.

Really nice fish

I have not yet cooked the char, it still lives in my freezer. Waiting for a nice spring evening in my pavilion.

Not for single households

Frozen in a block. Difficult to split for a single household. But goes with hammer and chisel.

Very good fish

High quality game meat

Our concept is to offer the best game meat available, directly to you, the end customer. We make sure you can buy the cuts that are otherwise only sold to wholesalers and fine restaurants.

100% natural

We would argue that there is no meat in the world that is as gentle on animals, requires so little of the earth's resources to produce, and has such a low carbon footprint as Swedish game meat.

A healthy alternative

Game meat is naturally lean and nutritious because the animals live a free range life and graze naturally. This makes for a cleaner and healthier meat choice.
