About the product

The dried reindeer sausage consists of 100% reindeer meat and a little salt. The reindeer meat is lightly smoked which contributes to a very good flavour combination of reindeer and smoke. Its flavour is comparable to the lightly smoked dried reindeer meat - our best-selling product! We can therefore warmly recommend this deliciously tasty game detail.

The dried reindeer sausage is perfect to serve as a tasty snack together with, for example, dried reindeer meat and reindeer salami. Together this creates a wonderfully luxurious and unique snack table or part of a larger dinner table.

For every 100g of finished product, 200g of meat is used. The dried reindeer sausage is sent vacuum-packed and frozen.

Nutritional value per 100 grams: Energy 1331 kJ (318 kcal), Fat 1.7 grams (of which saturated fat 0.5 grams), Carbohydrates 0 grams (of which sugars 0 grams), Protein 40 grams, Salt 5 grams.

Ingredients: Lightly smoked ground reindeer meat, salt.

    The reindeer sausage was very GOOD but also very EXPENSIVE. Bought 5 reindeer sausages weighing a total of approx. 0.75 kg (taken in, in excess) cost 1 345 SEK. Even if there was shipping in it, it was expensive. Will probably not be more times even though I love reindeer meat.
