About the product

We like to describe the chuck shafing as "the king of reindeer shafing". It has just as fine pieces as our gourmet shafing, and also comes from a prime cut, which is a slightly finer detail than the cut that the gourmet shafing is made from. We would say that our new version of this northern classic is the finest reindeer shafing you can buy.

Just like the gourmet shafing, the chuck shafing is much finer than the "shafing" you unfortunately often find in the grocery store. All our shafing is made in the "real" way, i.e. you have taken a roast that is still slightly frozen and then sliced it into thin slices. Here you can buy this product as a standard pack, which gives you a 15% discount compared to the regular price. The standard pack contains 3.2 kg, which is sent in 8 packs of 400 grams each.
