About the product

The cold-smoked reindeer sausage is a unique product because it consists of 100% reindeer meat, i.e. no fat has been added other than what is already naturally present in the reindeer meat. Despite this, it has a very juicy and delicious flavour combination of reindeer and smoked. It is perfect to serve as a snack together with, for example, dried reindeer meat and reindeer salami. It will be an appreciated snack with a clearly unique and luxurious feeling as reindeer sausage is not one of the usual things to offer.

For 100g of finished product, 131g of meat is used. The cold smoked reindeer sausage is sent vacuum-packed and frozen.

Nutritional value per 100 grams: Energy 1300 kJ (320 kcal), Fat 17 grams (of which saturated fat 6.6 grams), Carbohydrates 2.6 grams (of which sugars 2.4 grams), Protein 38 grams, Salt 6.1 grams.

Ingredients: Reindeer meat, sugar, spices, table salt, preservative E250, antioxidant E300.

Origin: Sweden

The meat is shipped vacuum packed and frozen.
