Smoked fallow deer steak is one of our most popular smoked products. It is hot-smoked with alder shavings andsalted in brine before smoking. The types of meat used are roast beef, knuckle and sirloin.

Smoked fallow deer steak is very tasty in thin slices as a flavourful snack together with, for example, a good cold beer or an aperitif. It also fits very well as part of the Christmas table, Easter table, midsummer or for the crayfish party.
