About the product

Smoked wild goose breast is a delicacy that can be enjoyed in different ways. Sliced thinly, it can be served as an elegant appetiser with sourdough bread and a mild cheese. Alternatively, it can also be used as a main ingredient in a salad or pasta to add a special twist to these dishes.

Our wild goose is the white-cheeked goose. It is much smaller than, for example, the Canada goose and a breast weighs 100-200 g. 20-30% of the weight is then lost during smoking.

Ingredients: Barnacle goose, water, table salt, preservative E250.

Origin: Sweden

The meat is shipped vacuum packed and frozen.

Unnecessary to smoke

Very nice breast fillets in the right size, but unnecessary that they were smoked, think they would have tasted better without smoking. It is so mild meat that it can not really handle the smoking
