About the product

This wild boar bratwurst has been produced especially for Swedish Wild's customers by Mälarchark in Eskilstuna. This local charcuterie has won several gold medals in the Chark-SM for its sausages and is known for its use of KRAV-labelled and local Swedish ingredients. Our wild boar bratwurst has lots of flavour, is very juicy and has a very fine texture.

The sausage consists of 66% wild boar meat and a small amount of pork (12%). The pork is added to make the sausage more juicy.

Ingredients: Wild boar (66%), pork (12%), water, potato flour, salt, garlic, pepper, white pepper, nutmeg, antioxidant E300, preservative E250. Stuffed in natural casing. Meat content: 78%, fat content 17%.

Origin: Sweden

The meat is shipped vacuum packed and frozen.
